Dr Sophie Grabczynska (GMC number: 3462157) works as a Consultant Dermatologist at The Chiltern Hospital, Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire and the Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust (Amersham, Stoke Mandeville and High Wycombe Hospitals). At the NHS she is Service Delivery Unit Director and also clinical lead for both Paediatric Dermatology and Phototherapy Services. She has busy clinics managing all aspects of skin disease in adults and children.
Sophie Grabczynska graduated from Charing Cross & Westminster Medical School (University of London) in 1990. Her higher specialist training was undertaken in London teaching hospitals and at St John’s Institute of Dermatology. Dr Grabczynska regularly lectures at academic courses for other doctors and continues to participate actively in research, having in the past engaged in studies on new treatments for vitiligo, basal cell carcinoma, psoriasis and childhood eczema. She has over 20 peer reviewed articles.

*Acne – Isotretinoin plans – Following MHRA guidance, it will not be possible to prescribe oral isotretinoin on first appointment. Furthermore, due to additional administrative and monitoring requirements needed, any follow-up consultation for acne patients whilst taking isotretinoin will increase to £250.00 per visit. Please note, if you are wishing to use your private health insurance, they are unlikely to fund the treatment plan and it will need to be funded personally. Please contact your insurance provider in advance of your consultation. | Cancellation policy
Failure to attend will be charged at 100% of the appointment fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment fee. |

| Additional fees
During your consultation, Dr Sophie may recommend additional treatments or procedures and she will explain her fees associated with these. There may then also be a completely separate charge invoiced directly by the hospital that they levy for the use of equipment and facilities they provide. |
